Refund policy

We want you to love your unique finds! If you're not completely satisfied:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and customized pieces are final sale.
• Return Process: Email us at info@shopbyshone.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges but encourage you to reorder your desired item after returning the original.
